Who we are
yourpoolrenovation.com ("Your Pool Renovation", "we") is a referral service that connects homeowners seeking pool renovation services with independent, licensed local pool contractors. We do not perform pool work.
Information we collect
When you submit a request we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), ZIP code, project details, the page you submitted from, the date and time, and a record of your consent. We may also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type) and anonymous analytics.
How we use and share it
We use your information to route your request to one independent pool contractor serving your area, who may contact you by call, text, or email about your request. We share your information with that provider for this purpose, and may be compensated by contractors for referrals. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of sharing. To make a request, contact us at leads@yourpoolrenovation.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Opting out of calls and texts
Reply STOP to any text message, or tell the caller you no longer wish to be contacted.
Retention & security
We keep request records as long as needed to provide the service, maintain consent records, and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
